8 MM THICK SLEIPNER STAINLESS STEEL BLADE: The blade is razor sharp and features a strong, drop point design made from Swedish Tool Sleipner Steel, with a hardness of 60-62 HRC, similar to DC53 steel. This blade excels in corrosion resistance due to its black stone wash process, which also provides excellent anti-scratch performance. The beefy blade is sturdy and powerful, holding an edge very well and being easy to sharpen. The spine has grossive jimping, ensuring effortless and safe cutting and chopping.
